Refund policy

We take utmost care in handling and packaging all our products and ensure a thorough quality check before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged product from Bewild, please do not hesitate to reach out to us immediately via email at ebewild@gmail.com.

We kindly request that you inform us within 7 days of your purchase in case of any issues with the product. Requests received after the stipulated period will not be entertained. Please note that the exchange of products should only be requested for items worth more than ₹300.

Due to hygiene standards, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns for intimate items such as briefs, panties, and bra panty sets. We urge you to maintain the product's original condition with tags and packaging intact. While trying on a product is acceptable, please ensure that the product remains in pristine condition.

Products sold during clearance sales and freebies will not be eligible for returns or exchanges. Packs of products cannot be returned as individual items. We will only accept products with intact tags for exchange.

We cannot accept products that are stained or worn for exchange or return. Products for exchange or return should be appropriately packed to prevent damage during the reverse pick-up process. You can return the product to us in two ways - through pick-up or self-ship. If pick-up is not offered in your location, we request you to self-ship the product to us.

Once we receive the original product(s) in our warehouse, we will examine it before initiating the exchange or refund process. All exchanges and refunds will be processed within 10-15 working days of receiving the original product(s). Please note that Bewild reserves the right to refuse exchange or return based on the product's condition.

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. If a prepaid order is cancelled, the refund will reflect in your account within 4-5 working days.
