1. Shipping Fees

Bewild Innerwear provides FREE Shipping on all orders above 550 orders below 550 will be charged accordingly as per how far the customer lives.

1. When Can I Expect Delivery?

We understand the anticipation, hence we strive to dispatch the majority of orders from our warehouse within 24 hours of order placement. However, each location has a different delivery time committed by the courier partner. You can track your order once it is dispatched on the website.

1. How Will My Order Be Shipped?

We use a national courier service to deliver your order to your doorstep.

1. Do You Ship Internationally?

No, we do not ship Bewild's collection internationally.

1. An Item Is Missing from My Shipment or the Wrong Item in the Shipment.

This is very rare as we check multiple times while processing the product. Please check if you have been charged for the missing item in the invoice closed. If you have been charged, please email us at – ebwild@gmail.com

IMPORTANT NOTES: In the unlikely event, we are unable to deliver any item in your order, be assured that you will not be charged for that item in the case of COD (Cash on delivery), or the full amount charged will be refunded in the case of online payment. Usually, your order will be delivered within a 5-7 day time span.
